Losing Belly Fat is a Simple Process of Eating and Moving.
Let’s start with eating.
Pay attention to what’s in your food! A great many foods are so over processed with hydrogenated oils, additives, preservatives and artificial flavors, in the final analysis they only barely resemble the foods they are supposed to taste like. Those chemicals are created simply to make it easier to make foods freezable, cheaper and taste like something once they have been factory- cooked to within an inch of existence.
Some examples of over processing problems:

- Factory cooking processes also cook out and freeze out most of the original nutrients you think you’re getting. Any food cooked above 112 degrees Farenheit will begin losing enzymes and nutrients.
So when all these chemicals have been added to the food to make it look and taste better, your body gets a bunch of stuff it doesn’t recognize as valuable. And it’s not. Your body is not designed to process those chemicals. So, after your system gets whatever little value it can from those foods, it discards the rest, leaving toxins in the system. With toxins in your system, your body will produce fat to protect itself.
What to do is simple
- First, think fresh. The vegetables you want are available, in all their nutritional, non-toxic glory, right in the produce section of the same grocery store where you’re buying that convenient, overprocessed stuff.
- Don’t give in to advertising. More than 65 percent of advertising is focused on foods that are “convenient,” meaning factory-processed frozen stuff or fast food. Less than 3 percent of advertising focuses on fresh, healthy foods.
- Thoroughly wash your food. Remember, modern farming involves lots of insecticides that allow farmers to produce more and make more money. If you wouldn’t drink insecticide, then don’t eat food that’s covered with it. Also consider organic foods that have been grown without the use of pesticides.
